6-Stage Recruitment Process

Official workflow from Page 7 of Aslesha International's Company Profile.

01

1. Pre-Screening

Short-listed applicants undertake a thorough pre-interview conducted by our experienced human resource recruiting officers in Kathmandu. The objective is to select the right candidates and prepare them for final client interviews.

02

2. Final Interview & Trade Test

The selected candidates in pre-screening are presented to the representative of the employing company for final selection. If candidates require technical validation, Aslesha International arranges trade tests at accredited testing facilities.

03

3. Medical & Psychological Test

Selected applicants are sent to qualified clinics and medical centers (GAMCA approved) for comprehensive physical and psychological checkups to ensure complete health fitness prior to joining the company.

04

4. Documentation & Processing (Candidate Side)

We provide full resumes of relevant candidates with recruiting manager remarks. Upon receiving authenticated documents and medical approval, candidate files are forwarded for visa processing and entry permissions.

05

5. Employer Package & Culture Orientation

We introduce your company's employment package, benefits, working hours, company rules, and destination customs. We cover all do's and don'ts and applicable destination labor laws for your future employees.

6. Departure & Mobilization

To ensure prompt and reliable service, we coordinate final air tickets for selected candidates, deliver airport pre-flight send-offs, and transmit complete arrival schedules to employers for seamless mobilization.
